Hallo Lutz, Danke für das Kompliment. Muss ich sagen das das gedacht ein Baubericht zu schreiben, is ein zehr gute Sache. Nun muss ich mir doch zwei- oder dreimal überlegen, bevor ich etwas tue. Dass meinte das ich nicht zu schnell arbeite und (nicht so viele;)) dumme Fehler mache.

Jetzt Kotflügeln - zuerst die Befestigung. Es ist mehr einfach zuerst die 2 obere Schrauben dar rein zu fügen. Die runde Unterstützung macht es umständlich, wenn man versucht, es zu tun, während Sie auf den Rahmen montiert werden.

Räder nächsten - Ich hatte bemerkt das einige die schrauben und Muttern nicht zehr fest wahren … einigen konnte ich 1 Oder 2 wenden drehen vorher sie fest werden.

Die Tanke - The fuel tank

Die tank war nicht zehr fest. So habe ich ein altes Moped Schlauch gefunden und einige strips in Gummi gemacht - Die kurze hatte ich nicht gebraucht.

The tank was not very secure. So from an old moped inner tube I cut some strips. Turned out I didn't need the short ones.













Und zum ende habe ich endlich die Verbindung zwischen die sperre und das Mechanismus im Rahmen gemacht.

Eine Seite von die Stange ist flach, Hier habe ich es gedreht so man dass sehen kann. Ich habe das installier mit das flache stuck gegen die Madenschraube.

Die beide Seiten von das Fahrerkabine waren vor montiert, aber wie ich jetzt erwarte, die schrauben waren nur Finger fest, und die Scharnierstiften Links waren mit die E-Clip oben.
So alles demontiert un wieder zusammen gebaut.
Hier die Seite, Tür und Tragrahmen. In das Tragrahmen ist eine Vertiefung für die Scheibe.

Both sides of the drivers cabin were already assembled, but as expected, the screws were only finger tight. The left hinge pins were upside down with the e-clips on top.
So everything taken apart and put together again.

Wenn in den Kopf gesetzt, wird die obere Leiste nicht passen. Dies ist nicht in der MP4-Film bezeichnet. - Die eingekreisten Loch - vergessen ein Gewinde zu schneiden. Habe einen Gewindeschneider auf Bestellung, muss jetzt warten bis es geliefert werde ... dauert ewig hier.

The back side - the arrow points to the marking that indicates the top. There is only 0.5 mm difference in the positioning of the screwholes. If put in upside down, the top bar doesn't fit. Jetzt muss ich meinen Kopf kratzen … auf der Werbung Bilder die Ladefläche passt genau vorne und hinten auf den Rahmen ... In der Realität (zumindest auf die, die ich habe), funktioniert es nicht. Have alles Überprüft, kann es nicht herausgefinden. Ich werde einfach das Schraubenloch vergrößern. Alles andere passt genau, außer dieser 2 stucken. Alle Halteteile sind identisch. Bin überrascht. War mich schon aufgefallen, als ich das zum erste mahl schnelle gepasst have. Dachte, das war nur da es nicht so gut zusammen gebaut war. Oh well … Das problem mit diese Leute in China ist das sie nicht einfach zu Bereichen sind … anders mochte ich Sie Fragen was hier passiert. Habe nichts davon gelesen auf andere forum.

Now I have to scratch my head … on the publicity pictures the load bed lines up front and back on the frame … In reality (at least on the one I have) it doesn't. Checked everything, can't figure it out. Guess I will just enlarge the screw hole. Everything else fits and lines up, except this one. All the supporting pieces are identical too. Surprised indeed. Noticed this when I unboxed it and did a quick trial fit. Figured it would be sorted when properly assembled. Oh well, still not too bad. THe problem with these Chinese companies is that they are so difficult to contact. otherwise I would ask them for an explanation of how this is possible. Haven't read about this anywhere on other forums.

Der träger ist ein kompliziert stuck. Kan ich nicht umdrehen. Habe alles nach gesehen. Kan das nicht finden wo dar schief gegangen ist. All die stucken für das Ladeplattform sind gleich und man kann die umwechseln. Das ist auch so für die vorne Träger und der hintern.

The load bed support is a rather complicated piece and can not be turned around. I checked everything I could check, I can't figure out where it went "wrong" - all the bits and pieces are in the right position. … All the parts of the load bed are identical and can be interchanged. Same for the front and rear load bed support.

Das Hilfsrahmen ist auseinander. Alle ähnliche Teile sind identische. Hier die Bilder. Es ist auch nicht möglich die an eine Flasche Ort zu montieren, dar es keine alternative Schraubenlöcher gibst.

Kein Hinweis in den MP4-Dateien, dass es verschiedene Teile sind für vorne / hinten - links / rechts ...

Sehr überrascht, dass eine große Fehler erscheint in einer ansonsten sehr genau bearbeitet Modell.

Könnte 4 neue Befestigungsteile für den Rahmen machen, aber es ist einfacher, nur das Loch in der vorderen zu Stütz verlängern. Es wird die Stelle der anderen Teilen des Modells nicht beeinflussen. So nun zu jemand mit einer Säulenbohrmaschine zu finden hier in Langkawi ...

No indication in the MP4 files that there should be different parts front / back - left / right…

Very surprised that this big an error pops up in an otherwise very exactly machined model.

Could make 4 new attachment pieces for the frame, but easier to just elongate the hole in the front support. It will not interfere with any other parts of the model. So now to find someone with a drill press.

Die servo für Getriebe, Lenkung, Sperre (blau), und ein sehr billige für die Wischers.

Die Bürstenmotor von Capo hat keine Indikationen wie stark er ist.

Habe auch noch ein Sensored Brushless 1600 KV Motor in Bestellung

Genug, um die Arbeit an der "Motor" zu starten. Zuerst muss ich dann das model von Motor demontieren

The brushed motor from Capo has no indication what so ever about the power it produces.

I also have a censored brushless 1600 KV motor on order.

Anyway, can start building the "motor", however will first have to take the thing apart.

Die Madenschraube gut fest machen. Meine war raus gefallen nach einer kurzen Test. Habe keine loctite gebraucht dar ich vielleicht der Motor tauschen mochte.

Eine kurze Test, und das war blockiert. Der kleine Servo war zu hoch. 2 Gummi Abstandshalter und das ging wieder.

Test … ein schrecklich klingen und das kleine teil - Sicherungsstift von das Zahnrad der lange Achse - fiel aus. Die Stift dann mit eine Schraubstock gut rein gedruckt.

Yes indeed, it is a very nice model and a real pleasure to put it all together.

Problem is buying one. The ones they sell on ebay are way too expensive.

You can try to order directly via their email. If they reply, that would be the least expensive option. And they do take PayPal. Their email: retail@caporacing.com

The model is also listed on Taobao, but sadly enough, you can only buy from there if you have a Chinese credit card or bank account.
